The study of the blood flow is called hemodynamics. The study of the properties of the blood flow is called hemorheology. The thing people should do to keep there heart health is workout for about 20 mins no longer. Working out is good for your heart and every part of your body. The purpose to doing workouts for your heart is to receive the right blood pressure and your blood from your body flows right.

When I used to swim I would get tired in the beginning but after a few days I got used to it I could swim ealisly in my own pase without getting tired and I got really good cardio.
